TWAS-DBT Postgraduate Research Fellowship for Developing Countries is a fellowship program by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT) of the Ministry of Science and Technology, India in collaboration with TWAS that offers financial aid to exceptional students from developing countries who wish to pursue research towards a PhD in biotechnology at any participating India University and Academic Institutions.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for this fellowship program, applicants must;

° Hold a Master’s or equivalent degree in science or engineering

° Be a maximum age of 35 years on 31 December of the application year

° not hold any visa for temporary or permanent residency in India or any developed country

° Be nationals of a developing country (other than India)

Fellowship Worth/Inclusions

The Fellowship program is worth up to a monthly stipend allowance that will be awarded only to eligible or qualified applicants to use towards;
