Andrew Dryden new General Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Austin University

NEW YORK NEW YORK, LA. – HRI Lodging announces plans to meet Andrew Dryden as Managing Director and Christopher Toy as Sales Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn Austin University Capital District, opening the start of the summer of 2021. Over two years of hospitality Welcome, Dryden and Toy will oversee the joint. 214 guest rooms, three dining rooms and indoor seating, lounge, and nearly 3,000 feet of indoor and outdoor conversion facilities. This property is a joint venture between Rockbridge and Property HRI, LLC, and HRI Real Estate, LLC will oversee the management of the property. Andrew Dryden, General Manager, recently worked at HRI Lodging-managed Aloft Philadelphia Downtown where he held the hotel position as General Manager before being promoted to the position of hotel manager. Prior to that, he was chief of staff at Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue following his work as Chief of Staff at The Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia. His broad background includes hospitality and food and beverage options with experience as a Banquet Manager at Columbia Hotels and several management positions at White Residence Services. Dryden is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University. Christopher Toy, Chief Marketing Officer, joined HRI Lodging after spending 6 years in the Austin market. Most recently, Christopher was the Sales and Marketing Manager at Ruby Hotel in Round Rock, TX and 7A Ranch in Wimberly, TX. Originally, Mr. Toy was located between the City of Austin and the Hilton Garden Inn Austin Downtown Convention Center and the Emunity Suites Austin Arboretum where he worked as a sales and marketing director. Prior to arriving in Austin, Christopher worked in San Antonio, TX and managed the DoubleTree of Hilton Downtown San Antonio as Head of Marketing and Sales in addition to helping open the Hilton Garden Inn Live-Oak.
